Hey everyone,
I am looking for a quick and easy way to get my ph down. I bought some 3-in-1 water cleaner that is supposed to help, but after a week it hasnt done anything. Should i give it more time? Also, i know that all fish desire certain ph levels, is there any certain ph that all fish can survive in?

What is your PH at right now and what fish do you have? The best advice I can give is to not mess with it. Most PH altering additives also drastically lower the KH as well. What this then creates is water that is very unstable and will have a PH that raises and falls a great deal over a short period of time.

Most fish will adapt to higher or lower PH's then they have in the wild as long as it is stable. A constantly changing PH though will kill them. Also quickly raising or lower the PH in a short period of time is likely to kill them as well.

The is no one level the ALL fish will survive in. However assuming you are just going for some of the more common tropical species (tetras, barbs, etc) then you should be fine with a PH anywhere between 6 to around 8. They might not do "as well" in harder/higher PH water but then what they get in the wild but they will do a lot betetr in it then water that has constantly changing parameters.

So stability is the key.
