As long as you climatise them properly your tap ph should befine.
What is your tap ph.

Just keep in mind that most fish will easily adjust to any stable pH. The problems start when you try to adjust it up or down. Do you also have test kits to measure ammonia, nitrite and nitrate? Those are far and away more important than testing pH, especially ammonia and nitrite.
