some 1 came in to our shop asking y his fish was dying we tested his water and it was 3 Ph how is it posible to get it this low
 
Lots and lots of acid buildup -- the end product of the cycle is acidic, and if the guy had never done a water change I wouldn't think it was impossible, though it is probably close to a miracle that the fish survived this long. DId you test the water with a different kit, just in case that first kit had gone bad or the test was done incorrectly?

yep electronic meter and normal testing kit which went down to 5 and the colour went even lower
