PH Swings

I have my two tanks, and one or two fry are a few weeks away from making a new home in the bigger tank with the adults.

My concern is how to bring them over.... My 10 gallon(fry tank) is a PH level of 7.0
and my 29 gallon(adult) is a PH level of 8.0.....

How to do I bring them over and not shock them with a PH swing... do i fill a cup with half one tank and half from the other tank.
