what is the best way to raise my ph. Out of the tap i have around 6. is this ok or should i raise it. i have some stuff that is powder and it wil make it 7.0. is this good

The stuff you are using I'm not familiar with, but I'm always a bit weary of the store bought products. This can show you how to raise it with cheap and common products, and will allow you raise the PH and GH, while seperately affecting the KH. 6 is no good for these fish, 7 is an absolute minimum, and it would be better if you had a PH of closer to 8. The KH should be about 8-12, and shouldn't be overlooked because it is what will provide stability in the aquarium.
