I came home and saw my white molly... as soon as i saw her i knew it was time.. within 2 min of movng her from the 90G into my baby tank...she started dropping fry... how cool is that?? to see it happen. I was nervous she would try and eat the other babies in the tank as i already had about 50 babies ranging form 2 months to one week old in the tank. Well, I gotta thank this board for the great discriptions on knowing when she will drop. couldn't have been any closer... I have about 40 or 50 babies from her on this batch... I've never seen them drop except one one that aborted..I always wake up to finding them in the big tank and having to move them . It's so much easier not having to chase babies in a 90G. lol. Very cool experience to see her drop fry.

yes i will. I tried to take pic's and video but while it was happening but the tank light was off and i didn't want to stress her out by turning it on.. they didn't turn out.
I'll take pic's of the babies and the baby tank tongiht and post them tomorrow.

The easiest way to get a decent picture is using a well lit tank with the room outside the tank in total darkness. Be sure to point the camera at an angle to the glass so you don't just get a reflected picture of yourself and your flash.

baby mollies... there is a small sword tail in there as well a one platty.

and then the molly older babies from the end of january.. sword tails as well
There is alg near the rocks becuase of the sun hitting the tank sometimes. Also hard to take pic's today as it is sunny. lol. but it's the only time i have today to do this. lol.

This is the 29G tank the babies have all to themselves. I will be releasing the new babies after i get a water change done today... I don't wanna worrie about vaccuming them up. lol.

Thank you. I keep getting so many fry. I had to convert my main 29G tank into the fry and tank and bought a 90G for my main tank .. there must be close to 100 now..... I sell them for $2.00 each once they get big enough to leave... I only charge becasue I don't want them getting fed as feeder fish. lol..

we have a free ad's online called kijiji. I just post them in the pets sections and I posted signs up all over in market stores and at work. lol. I've sold about 40 babies so far. I only have swordtails and mollies. They are so cute i wish i could keep them all. lol.

I live in north bay ontario canada... I don't know how to ship fish.... I've never shipped fish before. I just have people come get them here.
