Peppered Cory In Dire Straights

hi all.
so about 3 weeks ago i bought ten peppered cories and today i have been watching them and one of them will float along the top upside down but when bothered will dart around then will return to floating around.
i can see him breathing fine.
no red gills no panting no pineconing just wondered what if anything i can do

Size of tank in gallons?
How many fish and which type?
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
 
Does the cory look bloated in the tummy area?.
Any red streaking on body, or fins?
Does the cory look pale, or darker in colour?
Is the cory still eating well?
Are the barbels ok, Any missing, or look short and thin?

ten peppered cories
20 female bettas
one bn
ammonia  - 0
nitrite - -0
nitrate - 5
ph -6.8
physically he looks healthy as possible.
not eating though

So sorry. R.I.P. I love corys. There so cute. He did sound in a bad way and 
there was not much you could do to save him.

i tried him with some swimbladder meds incase thats all it was. no luck
