For this one I'll believe you ..... I seldom enter into links supplied as sometimes they're so slow and hangs me up that I have to reboot.... (like yours just did), but my experience with penguins, when they accidentally wash up on our shores are that they are oblivious of human threat (not really being exposed to natural "land" dangers) they'd allow you to get real close.

**There was a glass screen surrounding them** The only human amongst them was the member of staff when feeding them.
