I'm currently running a penguin 350B ( rated at 350GPH ) for a 70Gallon tank. I just bought a Eheim 2028 ( rated at pump 277GPH, actual filter circulation 198GPH) rated for 156g tank. Its going into my 55 gallon tank but the question is if I'm downgrading with a lower GPH output?? 350GPH vs 277GPH is a pretty big difference.
