Pebbles From Beach Ok For Tank?

Hi all,
I seen some really nice white ordinary pebbles on the beach and look exactly the same as the ones the lfs are selling. Would they be ok to add to a tank as decor??

If you give them a good clean, perhaps with some tonic salts they should be fine. You a also pour some white vinegar over them. If they show signs of fizzing they are no good as they will only break down in the fish tank. If they dont fixx, they should be fine.
