As another attempt at making my Dad understand the beauty of a planted aquarium as well as explaining some of the science behind it. ( He doesn't get alot of this :/ but at least my biology teacher was impressed :D ) I have been trying to show him pics of plants pearling. However not that long ago I saw a pic of plants pearing under moonlights, which has to be one of the most stunning pictures I have seen, but I can't find it. Does anyone have the pic.

Thanks

Thanks I knew I had seen it somewhere and couldn't understand why the searshes didn't bring it up.
Great pic Jimbooo by the way. It looks amazing.

thanks mate, it isn't actually pearling under moonlight as such. it builds up the oxygen bubbles all day long but they get trapped so when the lights go out they stay there for about 3/4 hours. looks pretty neat until a fish had a play and knocks all the bubbles off LOL

here's some more for the hell of it

:( I'm such a sad kid..the only way I get my plants to pearl is if I add new water to the tank. I always seem to get my plants to pearl when I'm setting up a new tank. HAHA
