Peacock Has Died :(

He had this bit of columnaris and I was waiting on some JBL furanol to treat it. I had tried myxazin twice and he had super clean water, IAL and everything. He had an off day last week when he didn't eat, but he's seemed OK apart from that.
When I took him out, the saddleback columnaris didn't seem any worse, but he had pineconed a bit. He had been a bit bloated, so maybe it was dropsy? Either way, he's gone
I'm not going to be replacing him. I have bought this new aqua 40 tank which I shall do up really nicely for lotus and maybe some pygmy cories. And I shall sell the hex and peacock's tank and just keep the 1 betta at home.

Sorry to hear that, he was such a lovely fish. But if it was me I'd store the tanks; you might change your mind about getting another one in time...

No, I've been thinking for a while now that I'd like to scale it all down. Have one community tank and one betta tank at home, then I have rufus at work. Didn't want it to happen like this or this quickly though
