Peacock Eel Wont Eat! Please Help!

my peacock eel wont eat! im scared that he might starve! i fed tried feeding her tubifex worms, but she wont eat those either! what am i going to do!? here is some info on her.

tank mates: 1 BGK, 1 peacock eel, 2 mollies, 2 gouramis, 1 red tail shark, 3 buenos aires tetras, 1 lyertail, 2 longfin rosey barb, 4 corys, 1 pictus catfish, 4 guppies, 6 glofish, 1 platy, 3 mickeymoons, 5 red minor tetras, 3 rasbora tetras, 3 neon tetras, 3 albino corys.

Does he look pale or darker in colour.
Is the fish acting listless and lethagic.
