Parrot Fish

In the last year i have lost 4 very large discus and 3 Angelfish, me thinks it was old age as they were all over 4-5 years old. I am left now with a Parrot Fish, 2 Angels and a Catfish. I would welcome any ideas for re stocking....cheers

4 x Congos, 2 pearl Gouramies and 2 blue Gouramies.....

I have tried Gouramis in the past but they seemed quite timid, bear in mind though that i had a full tank community at the time. My Parrot fish has been not aggressive but certainly territorial, will Gouramis in a large Shoal (4-5) be sufficient.? Should i try and buy large Gouramis from the start or would young small ones be ok.?

Definitely adults as it is with the Congos as well.
