Parrot Cichlid Jumpy

I have a Parrot Cichlid that goes crazy when i go near it, it has only been like this for the past hours... its tail also has some black lines, and it has a reduced color... i have 2 corys and 2 mollies in with it. what can this be?

My Parrot gets black marks when it is stressed by something - could be anything from water quality to other fish harrassing it. Have got some Corys in the tank and they're okay with the Parrot, but really not sure about Mollies. If you can, test your water to start with.
