I bought a female blue paradise fish for a pet store a few days ago. She is doing well and looks healthy. In that same tank I saw a really cute baby male Paradise fish. I really wanted him but he has what looking like an open sore near his lip. So I went with the healthy girl.
I want to go back and save that little fish. Could I set up a hospital tank for him and nurse him back to health? He's still active and does not act sick other then that. Is it worth a shot?
I read it is common in gouramis and dose not usually spread. I want to know if it is fairly easy to cure? If so how can I do it? I will go back and save him and maybe get another female. These fish are so cool. I am starting to fall in love.
