Got two pang cats. On the tips of tail and tins there is a white mucusy substance. Been treating the tank for ich...is this a fungus and should I treat them with fungus clear after the ich treatment ? They seem a bit pinkish but not red. Could this be from the ridich as the cats are scaleless..?

Water levels are all safe...tank a 75 gallon...did water change two days ago....new filter cartridges today...had a temp change problem when mt home thermostate went out..spiked high...86..then low..75 in 24 hour time.
