Pale Glowlight Tetra In Cycling Tank?

Hello,
Have just bought a new Aquastart 500 tank and is currently cycling. I am well aware of the cycling proscess and have done my research on it like regular water changes etc...
But for know i have my 5 glowlight tetra's in the new tank cycling and they seem to like it as it is more more bigger. But i noticed this morning one of them was pretty pale, and had lost his yellow/orange steak along his back. Is it ill?

i cycled my tank with glo light tetras aswell but never had one go pale, i would say its a sick fish you have and may die

Ok, i cycled my old tank with glowlights and they kept strong. He's perked up abit now...

If you're unsure on your stats then do a large water change.

If you're aware of the cycling process,then how can you keep a check on your stats without a tester kit to see when a w/c is required?

I probably need to take a sample to my local pet shop, I'm currently doing a 15% water change daily....

If you haven't got test kits it's better to do larger water changes than 15%; 40 or 50% would be safer for your fish.
