Would 2 Keyhole Cichlids work? I just found some today, been awhile since I added fish.

The biggest problem I could see (and I don't keep cichlids) would be that I think they can become rather aggressive when they are breeding and could attack the kuhlis.

I had a pair and they were mean little buggers! I think they paired up, because they took over a cave and then decided to hunt down and kill everything smaller than themselves in the tank. Could work but I would keep a close eye on them

I wud prob not add 2, especially if they were a pair because, as with all cichlids, they can become, and most likely will become aggressive wen breeding. I have never kept these fish but i have read they r fairly peaceful so adding one may turn out to be a nice addition to your tank.

Just get one keyhole. I have one male in a comunity tank he is the best. He has a little ram as a friend. Just add one and you will be fine. They are awesome little fish carl the keyhole is my fav.
