Overstocking?

I have just bought a new and larger tank. It is a juwel trigon 350 and i was wondering if my wish list would be ok in this tank.
The tank has a juwel jumbo filter and an eheim professional external filter.

I would like to eventually have -

3 bala sharks
3 clown loach
2 pictus
4 veiltail angels


is this tank ok for this amount of fish?
