Overstocked?

1 Altum Angel (4" deep)
2 Keyholes
5 Zebra danio (one is actually a leopard/long fin)
1 Giant Danio (freeby, plan on adding to 4ft when i can find it some freinds!)
4 Madagascan Rainbowfish
2 Snakeskin Gourami(probably not the best purchase i've made recently)
1 Rainbow Shark
3 Zebra loach.
1 common plec (6" at the moment)

I'll be taking out the common plec,giant danio, and adding a bristlenose or two instead.

A little......

Would advise you remove the plec, giant danio, rainbowfish and rainbow shark straight away as a start without replacing them with anything else.

A 4ft tank will not be big enough for an Altum angel.

Just discovered its a false altum, so not expecting it to reach anything near the size Altums get.
the Common plec is definatley going, as will the Rainbow shark if it shows any agression, the Giant Danio will be going anyway, it was a freebie and i wasn't sure what it was.
I have a 30x14x18high which i can move some stock into, and i plan on upgrading soon anyway

You are overstocked but I can't say by how much...I'm rubbish with tank dimensions and TBH I'd need the tank's capacity. But the Rainbow Shark should definatly be removed, regardless of whether its aggressive or not, your tank is not big enough for it
