Overstocked?

Looking through some ads I found this tank and contects for sale. Obvoisly I havnt done the direct link to the ad as its not allowed, just copied it.

Description: this bargain can only be aprecieated by a clown loach enthusiast.i am selling my established 4ft juwel fish tank with all fish and all accesories.fish include:
50+ clown loaches ranging from 3" to 11"
1 blue phantom pleque 5"
1 royal panaque pleque 4"
1 tiger pleque 4"
2 catfish 4"
all measurements are approx
all fish alone have cost me well in the excess of £1000
accesories include
fluval 305 filter
tetratec 400 filter
vecton 2 uv light
1 dble air pump
i heater
over £100 worth of bogwood and greenery
this setup has taken over 2yrs to establish so please no time wasters,offers or swops

Overstocked with the clown loaches alone. A 4 foot tank just isn't big enough.

even given the 1" per gallon rule 50 full growen cl would require at least 5-6 hundred gallons
at woud equal a tank of at least 6x 3x 4 foot

it's overstocked a lot, if it's cheap though you could buy it , sell the stock off and start again, theyre nice plecs in there
