I wanted to know if anyone could please tell me if my fish tank is overstocked or if it's ok.
And even maybe if it would be fine to put more fish in.

My tank is 28 UK Gallons (33 US)
And in my tank there are.

11 - Shrimp
6- Zebra danio's (Love these guys)
3 -Platy's
3- Guppy's (one of them is a baby)

Is this ok? Can i maybe add more fish?

Thanks

Sure doesn't look overstocked to me. I don't know what shrimp count for but seems like I remember it being less than fish for some reason...

It's understocked if anything.

It's not long done it cycle (About 2 weeks) and i didn't really want to put too many fish in so soon, but i'm glad to hear that it's safe to add more fish. YIPPIEE!!!

Thanks guys.

Oh, I didn't know it was cycling. Definately wait until that's over before considering any more additions.

Good luck! :D

So your liquid-based ammonia and nitrite tests have been giving zero readings for at least 2 days without the help of water changes?

All my stats are ok, apart from my nitrate, it peaked yesterday to 0.8, but i did a water cjange and today the readig was 0.3, i'll do another water change untill it reads 0.0
I also have some treatment to put into the tank if water changing fails, but i don't see why it would.
