Overflow Boxes And Sump Pump Help

i am getting ready to start my new tank and have been looking at overflow boxes and found one that sounds pretty good. It made by hurricane filters, has anyone had one of these? heres the website

It says it runs at 600 GPH. is it ok to get a mag 7 for the sump pump if it only supplies 425 GPH when pumping up 5 feet. or should i get a bigger one?

A mag 7 would be just fine. Install a ball valve on the drain line just in case

alright does that overflow look ok.

Oh yeah, looks like it would work just fine. As with any overflow box you need to watch the overflow tube daily to make sure you dong build up air in it and loose siphon. Other than that, it'll work
