otm voting?

sorry, i'm new here, but i was just wondering how you vote for the otm competitions, if they're open to vote...

Well, to be nominated you have to have 2 nominations for a picture. To nominate someone, you just nominate within the member's topic.

At a point in the month all the nominatons are gathered up (in the pinned section at the top of this forum) and then there is a poll to see who gets the most votes.
