other parasites resembling ick?

Hi,

I have treated my first 10 gallon with ick, or what I thought was ick, the medication i used seem to clear up the white spots. However I had a second 10 gallon that unfortunately got what i thought was ick, but the white blotches and spots are only on the tails of two white mollies and nothing else. Is there a disease that resembles ick that this may be? I noticed none of the other fish are sick.

It could be finrot or velvete. Pics would help.
