not really, the tanks 55 gals and some people say that's the minimum, most 'serious cichlid hobbyist' would agree though that a 75 is as small as they'd be comfortable going.
don't let me put you off because ocsars are truly a wonderful fish to keep, I wish I could have one again, but you'll be much happier in the long run if you get a bigger tank for them. Once you've seen a big adult Oscar in a decent sized tank you'd feel distinctly uncomfortable about putting them in anything less than 75gals.
