I recently rescued an albino oscar from a bad situation. Having no where else for it to go I put it in with my natural colored oscar. They haven't been fighting too bad but they sometimes will grapple a bit and shake towards each other. I have been trying to figure out if its normal fighting or if they are testing each other to pair up and breed. Any advice on how to tell the difference?

It's rare for two adult Oscars to be introduced to one another and have them breed in a short amount of time. I would consider Oscars one of the easiest fish to raise and one of the hardest to breed. So chances are they are simply establishing the pecking order of the aquarium. There is a chance they are mating... but I wouldn't get your hopes up.
