Looking at getting these lemon Oscar’s, unfamiliar with lemons though. Do these look healthy, regarding the grey patch on the head?

I agree with Gary. It just looks like some cool coloration :)
 
Really interesting fish. Puppy dog fish with interesting color, I am jealous.
