I heading over to petsmart later today and I know they sell crickets. If I bought a nice bag of them, would my oscar eat them? Are they good for them?

Oscars will eat anything that will fit into their mouth so yes, but i agree with pica_nuttalli, i wouldnt feed it too many as it isnt seemingly one of its natural food sources, plus im not too sure of the nutritional value for the oscar, so might not even be worth it

crickets, like most worms, are amazingly nutritious!

I buy a dozen at a time (once a month or so) and feed them all in one feeding. note the oscar is almost a foot long. when he was younger, i would feed 5 or 6 a time every day. They're quite easy to keep. just get a jar with holes in the lid and put a carrot or potato in it with egg cartons.
