Ornate Bichir, Not Eating

So ive had this bichir for about 3 years now and a couple months ago he stopped coming out for feedings. Hes obviously eating something although i havent observed it, hes slowly been getting thinner though.

Hes in a 75 gallon and the water parameters are
Ammonia- 0ppm
Nitrite- 0ppm
Nitrate- 0ppm
pH- 7.4-8.0 cant read it that well

Never mind nitrates are still very high about 160ppm and i did a 50% water change last week and going for another 50% tomorrow havent tested in a while
