Ordering Guppies...what Should I Pick?

I'm ordering some guppies and the seller gives the option to buy 12 fry or 6 adult guppies for the same price to be shipped by priority mail. I've heard that fry ship better than adults, but the fry can die easily from just about anything that happens in a tank. So what should I choose?

How old are the babies?

I would pick the fry, depending on how old they are, because they will ship better, and with adults you don't know how much longer they have to live. Fry also won't die from anything that happens...they just need good water quality. And if you get them, acclimate them to the new tank very slowly.

The seller said they have a wide range of ages. What would be the best age fry to pick?

I'd say over a couple months. Maybe 4-6 months.
