Opinions On Feeding Please

Although i am aware that green spotted puffers, are not particularly preditory, i thought this is the best place for it... is it acceptable to feed him live cherry shrimps? im not sure myself, but in my eyes(maybe becuase i havnt kept them yet) shrimps to me are a little less of a life form if you know what i mean. I dont want to feed the gsp live fish as i think thats cruel.
I may sound bonkers, just wondered your opinions.

with veg? gsps are omnivorus anyway, so they should take the odd pea or lettuce.

shrimp cuisine from hikari... ive heard good things about this

i know what you mean about the life form stuff. i cant realy understand why anyone keeps shrimp ... they are not as good as plecs snails and are ugly as hell
