Opinions On 10L

Is a 10L tank too small for 1 Betta? I have a hankering for another boy but space is an issue. Found some on Ebay meant for shrimp but am just wondering...

Oooo yay. I reckon it should be small enough to sit on my desk right there-----> Fancy a lovely blue one that I saw in an LFS last week
