Hi,
my tank is 150L, i have in it...
6 Rummynoses
6 Cardinal tetras
6 Harlequin Rasboras
3 female siamese fighters
2 male guppies.

They are all young fish, i would like some opinions of what else would look nice? I have read up on swordtails, gouramis and polka dot loaches, as i like all of these, but don't want to add to many fish. My filter can cope with 2000L, so no problems there.
Any advice gratefully received?

3 more female Bettas is your first priority, female groups need 6+ to spread the aggression, especially dished out by the alpha female, as they get older.

I'd then with at least fortnightly gaps and perfect water test results, work through your other social fish (Rummynose; Cardinals; Harlequins), buying an extra four of each. Groups of 10 will not only look better, but also give them for secuirty in numbers.

A bit further down the line, perhaps look at a peaceful bottom dweller (an Apistogramma or Bolivian Ram pair; or a group of either one loach or catfish species).

Hi,
thank you for your reply. Was hoping to add something different, so will consider what you have suggested for the bottom.
