Hey everyone. I recently moved back home for the summer (from PA to IL), and I had 7 silver tipped tetras when I left PA. I counted them before I covered them up, and sure enough they were all there. After setting up my tank and letting it get established I reintroduced my fish slowly. Then I noticed I only had 6 silver tips, and today I only see 5. There is absolutely NO indication that the other two even existed. No bodies, none floating, nothing. I have a female opaline gourami in there with them (it's a twenty gallon tank); is she killing them??

Any help is appreciated. I've separated them for the time being.

Seems to be. Either that or your fish are shinobi of the highest order! But honestly, Opaline gouramis are notoriously territorial, so It's a very likely possibility. I've seen Kribs and opalines go at it with the gourami winning! You might want to invest in another tank of the same size or consider your tetras expensive fish food.
