Placed order on Thursday. Knew it wouldn’t be shipped until today. But today it didn’t ship. Even though I paid for overnight. So now I’m stressing out ...

Sorry, shipping stress is one of the reasons I avoid buying fish on line. Hope your fish arrive safe and well.

Just checked the website and the fish I ordered now says sold out. It didn’t say that when I purchased it. So I’m hoping they dont try to replace my order with something else. Because I read that they used to. I’ll not be a happy guy.

Keep copies of any emails you send and receive from the dealer just in case it goes south and you need to get consumer protection or the courts involved.

The supplier might have run out or the fish died, but they should have responded to you by now.

If I don’t hear anything back today , I’ll be placing lots of emails and calls.

Received an email today saying they requested an update on my order from the warehouse. I said ok, If my order gets pushed to next week then I will request a refund
