One of my Neon Tetras is pregnant and need help fast!

Neon tetras dont get pregnant like that. Could you post a picture, as it might have a disease. Is its belly white and bloated?

Neons are egg scatterers, externally fertilised. As such, can never be pregnant. They breed in acidic, VERY soft water, (like zero or close to hardness), and are regarded as a challenge to breed. You should look for other causes of the problem, if, indeed, it is a problem. They can stuff themselves with food if enough is available for example.
