Hello!

I've decided to use live plants for my new aquarium, and currently have a 18" 15W Aqua Glo. I have a spare light tube (same type) and was wondering if i added the 2nd light tube if it would make much difference to the plants. would it help it grow quicker? would it be better just the one?

Could some1 help please.

Many thanks

two is better than one. Might want to search for the word kalvin (maybe kelvin) in the plants and planted tanks forum.

It's worth adding a couple of reflectors as well to get the most from your lights if they've not already got them.
