One Eye Blind Betta

well title sounds a little confusing so here is the run down my brothers betta (one in my sig) has had a white cloud/spot on his eye for about 4 months unfortnetly this isnt a disease he has just gone blind in one eye but he is happy healthy and eating so that's all that matters it looks like a caterax but he happy so no point continueing to poke him about long live cinnamon

Aww what a pretty Betta, sorry to here that he has gone blind in one eye. I had a Betta with only one eye once, he didn't do so well. He always had short fins and had tears in his fins. He sadly passed away last week. For no apparent reason, I looked in his tank and he was acting fine, happy and full of joy. But when I got home from school he was lifeless on the bottom of his tank

He is doing great accually it isnt affecting him at all that much tbh

If the eye was cloudy at first it probably started as 'cloudy eye' which actually is a disease/infection. This may be the reason he was left blind if it was untreated.
As you say he is happy and healthy though

when i first saw this eye thing i did treat him for internal bac and fungal but if the damage was before then he didnt have any signs

but yeh happy healthy

My betta, i bought from thailand, it was about 1 year or 2 years ago, he arrived nice and fine, but i noticed something in his eye, i ujst ignored it. (yuo cann chek out the vid on youtube at my account fighter4111) so the dot turend out to be mettalic or irrdesint coloring on his eyes, it worsedned over the year until his whole eye was cloudy white, and after a couple months, he died, i miss him, he was a halmoon plakat, platinum white/black drgon.
