Once An Egg Eater Always An Eggeater?

so if a male eats the eggs than will he always do that? i just had my bettas spawn and he ate all the eggs.

ive never bred betta but i think there is a chance he might learn the next time you spawn, good luck with your attempts

Sometimes. Sometimes not. Sometimes the male is just inexperienced or not conditioned properly. Sometimes he's just an egg eating fool! Try again. If he munches again then I'd say his breeding days are done!
