My little 1" rescue severum is all better. She had ich when I got her and a secondary infection. She is 100% better. Fins are all grown back in she is looking good.

I'm watching her swim around her hospital tank right now. She seems to be mellow and curious. swims slowly around the tank checking things out looking for stuff to eat. I never see her swim fast or dart around unless going after food. She is the only fish in the tank. My EBJD that is 2" is an active fish he swims fast darts around just for the hell of it. way more high strung. Then I see my severum and she is so laid back and takes it easy.

Is this just their personality?

i'd say active but slow..they are always moving..looking for stuff to eat but never quick unless something is irritating it.

I would say slow too, although my two are bigger they do tend to spend long periods just in one spot looking very hansome. Till this week, now they are following each other round the tank. Not fast at all, till you have to catch one that is!

Yeah that's what I was thinking just laid back take is easy kind of fish no need to rush around. They sure are cute.

Agree totally with snowflake - active but slow.

I have my sev with a festivum and they are inseperable, chilling out when congo's etc go a bit crazy - they can shift when feeding though!!
