Ok so first you have to go to a hosting site I use [url="http://imageshack.us/"]http://imageshack.us/[/url] When you are on that site clik browse and it will take you to your pictures. Choose a picture then clik host it. After a few minutes all the options appear. Highlight 'direct link to image' then right clik and copy. Then go to your post, clik add image, then temp. allow, then add image again.....then clik paste in the little window then ok. .......done!

or use Photobucket, same thing really, upload your pictures, it the resizes them for you, copy and paste the IMG tag into your reply box
