Oh My God - My T. Aureus Have Spawned

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, there are only about 10-20 eggs left Somebody got to them, they are still protecting whats left, but not so vigrously, I guess they've given up

Heres to the next batch, hopefully in their own tank so no stress and no hungrey fish to eat them.

thats too bad. wanted some of the fry im sure once in their own tank you will have more joy. wont be any more spawnings from my firemouth/ spirulus odd couple tho my little green sev killed the firemouth today

they have never really got on but it never went further than a bit of gill flaring which to be fair the firemouth usually started. i came down this morning to catch the little sev had hold of the firemouth by the pectoral fin shaking him like a rag doll. so i got the firemouth out but she was too far gone to save .
