Well, I am really really shocked, one of my Scolofi has kicked out a baby, this may be the thing to get me to keep my Mbuna!!!, I cant believe it.

What do I feed it, it is hiding in between my rocks!!

:hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

When I have fry in the main tank I don't worry about feeding them extra. They usually have not problem getting ahold of small particles the adults miss.

The thing you have to worry about is predation, the adults are very good and hunting them down, especially once the fry get a little large and more adventurous.

Good luck with you little fry. :good:

Cheers lol, Was really not exspecting that I would find a fry, was looking at a pleco inbeween the slate and thought what the "$£"$ is that lol...

I think the others must have been eaten, its parents are really trying to get at it... Are they trying to protect it or eat it?

Well, females will allow fry back in their mouths for a short time, however, males have no parental role past spawning. So, if you have multiple fish trying to get to the fry, they're likely looking for a snack. :shifty:
