Oh Crud- Dead Fish

I knew she couldn't have been hiding that long I found my pretty white molly today.... I don't have any idea how long she's been dead, but I have not seen her for at least two days. I did a 25% water change because I had too... do I need to do more? I feel horrible. She was quickly becoming very dear to me and my husband- she would "chase" his finger if he ran it along the glass, and loved playing the bubble curtain. Poor girl.

It's good idea to try and find any 'lost' fish as soon as you can, especially if it's a fish you normally see a lot of. Do another water change each day for the next couple of days, it may not even be needed but certianly won't hurt.

Well, we'd just cleaned the tank- and that evening, I wondered where she went. I thought she was just hiding in the plants. Today I did an all out search and found her- in the plants, yes. But not alive
