I had this system until I sold it, caused problems in my tank Anyway, I found the instructions weren't too clear on how to position the nozzle in the diffuser tray, and if you got it slightly wrong the bubbles escaped out the sides of the tray. Which would probably look like it's not working. So check the positioning of the end of the co2 line into the tray (the hard plastic catch bit).

yippee, it's working!!! did 2 things, firstly a gentle shake, this got the bubbles flowing but then stopped after i put the canister back in the cupboard. then i shortened the pipe and put the canister on top om my filter to raise it up by a foot or so. now its working like a dream. think i might need the BOS though, its going a bit mad at the moment. big bubbles and lots of them. about 10 at a time then a pause for 20 seconds then another 10.
