I bought a nutrafin ladder difuser today to go with my co2 setup, now il be damned if I can get this thing setup right, how are the co2 bubbles meant to get trapped, the only thing I had to get this thing setup right was the picture on the front, easy I thought, is it hell..
so has anyone got a basic run through of how to set this thing up, what a mare!! what sort of bubble count is a good starting point when my levels are as follows..
PH = 7.5
KH = 5
therefore co2 = 5mg at present? well too low!!
unless my understanding is miles off!!
looking at the table I would need my ph to drop to around 6.75 to achieve 28mg of co2 at 5 degress carbonate hardness, am I getting the basic theory right, we start putting the co2 in, then the ph drops accordingly bringing the co2 in line?
help!!
excuse my ignorance but I bought 4 plants today to get me started, the guy at the shop said they where good starting point, ive already forgotten what they are lol..
heres a pic anyway perhaps someone could help!!
anyone think ive got too much bogwood lol, might give one piece to my neighbour I think, what you reckon?
