I've had a nuphar japonica(think its that) in my tank for about a month but it now appears to have small beige holes/dots on the leaves and disintegrating on the edges. I dont have co2 and it is just pushed in to gravel, Been reading on the forum and not sure if it should be above the gravel possible attached to bogwood? if so how do I do that? sorry about lack of knowledge but I'm quite a newbie.

Thanks for any help.

I never attached mine to rock or wood and it took over the tank. Must keep the 'head' of the crown above the substrate though. Hope you've got a big tank!!!. Its a monster.
