Age makes a huge difference as a young teen cannot have the same experience as someone thats 20+. Even if someone states they have been keping fish for 5 years it doesn't mean they have been keeping them correctly for that long. If you want to play it like that I have 19 years fish keeping experience as my parents have had a pond! In actual fact I have been keeping fish for 3 years now.

Everyone can jump in th band wagon and slate someone but how many of you have mailed him to suggest selling the fish separetly or to suggest giving the fish to LFS or pointing them in the direction of the forum for abit more advice....actually don't do that he'll end up with half of you down his throat.

Not really, I am simply doing my best to undermine all of your arguements, which I seem to be doing... You are the one posting so as to get a response.

They may have brought them as 2" small fish and know no better, and these samll fish have grown in to these larger fish.

I stick by my original statement, in this case it does not come from ignorance but a pig headed unwillingness to face facts in the face, or whatever the appropriate phrase may be.

Something that will never happern to you as from what Ive researched on you, your fish all die within a few months of you owning them.

That's funny, I still have a large proportion of my original fish, and I have since discovered the main problem was the source of fish. If I was that bad, then I very much doubt I would have even bothered with such fish as the delhezi, the two dwarf giraffes (one that, thus far, I haven't seen owned by anybody else), the eel, and any other fish. The vast majority of which fish I have, which die and what from is only known to those who frequent Live Chat, and you are certainly not one of them.

Who was preaching? The only preaching I do involves highly humerous comedy sketches.... I prefer being blunt. And since I see no problems with any of my fish, I'm going to say what the hell I like.

Most all of us have been here alot longer than fish importer has and we know what is and is not an acceptable set-up, there is no point in argueing with him about it because your not going to change his mind and your gunnah get the thread blocked. We all know that Vanc is not 10-12 years old and that he is a good fish keeper, why do we care what this new guy thinks?

Most all of us have been here alot longer than fish importer has and we know what is and is not an acceptable set-up, there is no point in argueing with him about it because your not going to change his mind and your gunnah get the thread blocked. We all know that Vanc is not 10-12 years old and that he is a good fish keeper, why do we care what this new guy thinks?

Because you have been here longer dont mean you know right from wrong.
I have agreed with the original point of this thread, my arguement has been to be more constructive in your responsise, not just slate a poor fish keeper for their possable lack of knowledge.
